Based on
Cognitive
Research
Through intentional cognitive and emotional work, we can change our neural pathways. This is known as neuroplasticity.
WiderPath’s methods makes the opportunity for neuroplasticity accessible within 2.5 days. The program activities access new pathways in a group setting environment that reinforces the feeling of acceptance and belonging.
While the brain is primed, participants are taught tested tools and practices for increasing resilience and ways of lowering stress. Participants will have tools they can use immediately, and are simple and intuitive enough to take home and use forever.
