“It’s your reaction to adversity, not adversity itself that determines how your life’s story will develop.”
~ Dieter F. Uchtdorf
The WiderPath program is an in-person experience focused around building strengths that promote resilience. Each three-day workshop encompasses a total of 22 hours, through which participants are free to engage their whole self; body, mind, language, and emotion. The program includes exercises, tools, and experiences for full integration using multiple ways of learning. These activities include story-telling, journaling, mindfulness exercises, meditation, music, body movement, healthy nutrient-dense foods, and sharing in a safe community-based environment.
This program is designed for adults (18 and over) wishing to develop the ability to make more conscious choices in their lives. To develop skills around resilience, curiosity, focus, and awareness. It is designed to address the challenges of daily life internally and how one responds to external challenges. It is designed to help individuals learn skills and tools to help with the day-to-day life occurrence of sub-acute, nonclinical mood challenges. It is helpful as an additive to therapeutic interventions but is not designed to heal trauma or cure mental illness.

The program is most effective if you feel safe to explore yourself. We create a safe space within the program and only you know whether it will impede your growth to have your friends and family members there.
An open mind, comfortable clothes, and a clear calendar. There are no cell phones allowed during the program so please plan accordingly. We will provide notebooks and pens but if you have a favorite feel free to bring your own.
The program is designed to be fully immersive. To maintain the group space we will provide all meals and snacks. Please inform us of any food sensitivities or allergies so we can accommodate them. Please note that the food provided will be healthy and congruent with the program.
Please contact us if you are interested in bringing the program to your organization.
